About Me
Hi beautiful people, my name is Natalia, and a mother of two active girls. I've been a Pilates instructor since 2008.
Growing up, I trained as a professional gymnast, representing my country of birth in international competitions. Unfortunately, I had to stop as I dislocated my left hip and could not walk due to the pain. Instead of going through surgery, I did intensive rehabilitation using Pilates. It has now been almost 15 years, and I am still surgery-free.
After many years working for other studios, I decided to open my boutique studio practice from my home in Middleton Grange. I teach private, semi-private, and group classes in my studio. It has been a very fulfilling experience, and now that the COVID-19 restriction has been lifted, my timetable has filled up very quickly.
As a Stott Pilates Fully Certified instructor, I use the best methods to create customised training plans for clients, depending on their needs. I promote low-impact exercises that can strengthen your core and correct your posture.
